Regional Marketing and Product Manager to support Automotive Fluids, Engine coolants, Formulations, Fuel and Lubricant Solutions.
Driving strategic decisions for our premium engine coolants for the automotive market, you will work to grow profitably our product portfolio and develop business cases for asset in CIN. New segment entered North American market in 2020.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will coordinate regional marketing plan and implementation for the assigned product portfolio in alignment with the Global Strategy Manager, Account Managers and supporting functions. Including customer segmentation and positioning for Factory Fill and Aftermarket.
Leveraging your business savvy, you will define regional pricing guidelines in conjunction with Marketing and Sales to maximize value-based pricing and profitability. Cost management will be needed.
Your ability to review and analyze all industry segments will be essential as you define the regional product portfolio, oversee lifecycle management of the commercial portfolio, and participate in new product launches. You will define communication strategy.
Working together with other business colleagues and service groups such as Procurement, Engineering, R&D, and EHS, you will work to develop Brick Road project, including conceptual and detail scopes, safety reviews, value engineering processes, design packages, cost estimates, schedules, execution plans, and technical packages. Additionally, you will have to work close to OEMs and will have to establish partnership with aftermarket company to further develop the business.
Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will serve you well as you present projects to various stake holders for project alignment and approvals.
Leveraging your education in Administration, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field combined with your experience in the chemical industry, you will identify new opportunities that are strategically aligned to automotive fluids business growth goals. Your previous experience interfacing with customers will aid you in pursuing opportunities through prospecting and direct customer and partners interaction to the point of sustainable new sales.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication skills will be beneficial to successfully work with sales organization including GKA. Additionally, you will be in a team-oriented setting where you will utilize your strong interpersonal skills. You will work with strategic marketing to develop and promote offerings and channel to automotive and industrial market.
