Job Purpose Maximize identified product sales to worldwide equipment markets while meeting corporate and divisional profit objectives. In addition, know the worldwide customer requirements for the identified products and applications and prioritize those requirements through product line planning for optimum long-term growth and profitability. Essential Duties * Product Marketing * Assist in the development of product line Marketing & Sales tools, including paper and electronic media. * Assist in the development and execution of product training programs for both inter-company resources, distribution, and end-users. * Participate in worldwide planning and execution of new product launches. * Plan, coordinate, and execute product promotion programs * Gather and analyze competitive position. * Manage portions of the product life-cycle (concept to launch). * Product Management * Perform market research for new product development opportunities. * Coordinate definition of worldwide product requirements with regional product marketing managers. * Provide input for a multi-year product plan designed to achieve divisional growth objectives * Participate in new product development projects in coordination with other key functional areas. * Assist with evaluation and corrective action implementation for product quality issues. * Manage the product life cycle. Position Requirements Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Technical field. Master’s degree desirable. * 0-2 years business related experience in marketing, sales, engineering or related industry. * 2-4 years total working experience in business related environment.
