JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an individual with a successful track record in marketing products and services for a healthcare professional services organization who also has outstanding people skills and is a creative and innovative thinker. The Director of Product and Service Marketing will be responsible for creating demand for Conifer Services (Revenue Cycle and Value-Based Care) through effective positioning, messaging and marketing programs. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with the business unit leader(s), product managers and enterprise sales and sales operations to build brand awareness, improve market perception, increase thought leadership, and generate qualified opportunities via the launch of products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Awareness and Lead Generation
� Establish ABM based demand generation campaigns, working with operations, sales, and marketing to develop strategies for audience engagement, content, and sales enablement to address revenue goals. Identify key accounts and titles, monitor engagement and make agile refinements to achieve desired goals.
� Translate market insights into strategic recommendations on solution positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation in order to drive exponential growth and client loyalty.
� Works with business leaders to develop commercial insights to influence the buyer�s purchase decisions.
� Builds client relationships as needed to promote our value.
� Manages the execution of marketing promotions of enterprise products and services, including the promotion of product launches and enhancements.
� Coordinate with all marketing and sales resources to develop, implement and assist the implementation of all marketing initiatives, supporting best practices, measurement and ROI.
� Coordinate across marketing and sales resources to identify events, provide strategic direction on event management, solicit appropriate audiences and drive outcomes.
� Coordinate with Public Relations for appropriate media strategies and thought leadership opportunities.
Sales Enablement Support
� Work with marketing team resources to create and direct content development and all positioning, value messaging, products, and competitive differentiation as provided by subject matter experts (SMEs)
� Work with Sales Operations to develop sales enablement content and help facilitate periodic sales training for key product offerings.
� Maintain marketing calendars and monitor/track associated budgets; track the success of programs against Sales and Marketing objectives.
� Take a lead role in working with client management resources to prepare approved client references in the form of case studies, testimonials, sales references and quotes for publication.
� Assist as required with appropriate positioning of RFP responses, presentations, etc. including providing necessary business unit facts and �boiler plate� information, as well as product and service offering messaging.
� Maintain the target audience database and assist in competitive research.

� Must be a dynamic leader, strong strategic thinker, pragmatic in approach to achieving results, and have proven communication skills, including the ability to positively direct and motivate staff and internal partners.
� Proven success developing and executing integrated business-to-business ABM strategies, including goal setting, budget management and results measurement.
� Experience evaluating and assessing internal and external client and market needs, and transforming them into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
� Experience building strategic, integrated marketing plans.
� Experience analyzing market/industry data including market sizing information and competitive intelligence to support new product offering introductions and the development of marketing campaigns.
� Strong writing skills and the passion to develop messaging, sales information, and topical content are a must.
� Strong organizational and program/project management skills with the ability to lead teams and individuals to a common goal.
� Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM tools (SalesForce.com) a strong plus.
� Strong people skills across all levels and functional areas of the organization.
� Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and flexible team-oriented approach to working with others.
� Strong MS Office Product skills

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
� 10 years� experience in healthcare, technology or professional services marketing and communications, with prior experience preferably in consulting or technology services.
� Bachelor�s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
