The Global Marketing Manager, Talent Solutions is responsible for leading the overall global Go-to-market strategies and, coordination and alignment of the product marketing activities in support of the product development methodology within Talent Solutions to accelerate the time to market, enhance Talent Solutions brand, and improve organizational profitability to help the Talent Solutions Brand achieve it’s $1B target in 2023.
Responsible for implementing the global governance of the Talent Solutions brand, ensuring awareness of and adherence to brand guidelines across all regions and countries
Implement the global marketing strategy to position Talent Solutions as an innovative Workforce Solutions Provider with large Global Enterprise clients key audiences including B2B (clients) and B2C (professional talent) in priority markets
Develop and facilitate client desirability testing and client persona creation to de-risk product development and strengthen GTM messaging
Work in partnership with Region/Country teams to develop marketing programs to drive new client opportunities and attract talent for Business line talent marketplaces/communities.
Leverage analytics to assess performance and adjustment campaigns and advertising spend as needed to achieve brand growth objectives.
Foster a collaborative, agile culture Talent Solutions countries, sharing best practices and scaling learnings quickly across markets
Be known as a domain expert in the HR industry, monitoring key trends to anticipate and propose new growth ideas and product offerings
Coordinate and foster relationships with HCM industry analysts
Partner with Strategic Communications to develop and execute Thought Leadership research and associated publications to support Talent Solutions
Partner with the Talent Solutions COE to support mega deals and other COE-led opportunities
Internal stakeholders include the Talent Solutions Brand Leadership team , Global Marketing, and Product Management Teams, who provide direction and ongoing input on key priorities.
This role also works alongside Region and Country Marketing leaders who drive execution of local marketing plans to grow revenue and market share for Talent Solutions through Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Managed Service Provider (TAPFIN MSP) and Right Management lines of business.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business.
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience driving marketing/product management planning and execution in the human capital industry
Analytical: Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through client, pricing and operational data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicates to a diverse set of business stakeholders
Global: Experience working for a mid-large sized global matrixed organization.
Digital: Direct experience in digital marketing inbound and outbound strategies and demand gen (SEO, web, social media, etc).
MarTech : Excellent computer, marketing and data analytics platform literacy and social media expertise. (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
Writing: Experience writing value propositions/messaging, sales support and B2B/B2C assets
Projects & Budget Management: Leading project teams to effective outcomes on time and within budget. Experience selecting and guiding Creative agencies.
