Responsibilities for Project Manager
Maintain standardized practices around day-to-day task tracking and tool usage.
Support the Product Manager in determining and defining project scope and objectives.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Track project costs in order to meet budget.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Software development management: Liaise with development team on a daily basis to track progress and identify action items and deliverables from the Rise non-dev team.
Manage cross-functional development of assets to support software development
Establish and schedule necessary meetings, such as kickoff meetings, weekly syncs, and team meetings to facilitate task completion.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Qualifications for Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
3-8 years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Experience with Monday.com, Airtable, or other project management tools highly preferred
Strong analytical skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification nice-to-have
